Meet Me

I earned my Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) which include holistic health, foundational nutrition principles, nutrition science, and innovative coaching methods. Prior, I have spent over 15 yrs in corporate training and professional development. The educator in me, translates to the coaching space in providing helpful resources that are bio individual to my client's needs.
